Hello, we are experiencing a problem with the sync libraries in TWCaddie08.

We receive error message:
The under lying connection was closed due to an error.
The most common reason is an invalid username or password

So it looks the username or password is not recognized by TWCaddie08

Since the sync libraries is not working anymore, people can tell the site manually they already installed the libraries:

So after they installed a course with the create myzip feature, then they have to go back to the same course download page.
And at the right side in the required libraries list, they will have to click on each red cross of each library.
This way the red cross will turn in a green V, that means they already installed the library, and in the next myzip file those libraries won t be included anymore.
